”Excellent in all aspects ”

”The location with the view was amazing. The morning sunrise was beautiful with the castle across the bay with a beautiful view. We missed the sunset but it was probably great from the back of our room. The quiet and private beach on the backside of our room was great. It has a good location away from things and close to the park down the street. The restaurant on the property was packed that night and made parking a challenge. It was overall a good stay.”

”I had a one-night stay at this boutique hotel and it was nice. The room was spotless and the bathroom was designed beautifully and huge. I did a quick look around the neighborhood and I definitely look forward to staying here again...next time for a longer stay. ”

The staff veey friendly. :The rooms were clean. : The water was hot. :Locals are friendly Cons: Streets ARE congested because IT is a cruise port. : Bugs bit me but the hotel provides spray :Some steep hills bring walking shoes : ”

”Lovely hotel! Front desk staff is super helpful and accommodating, the rooms are super spacious (tall ceilings, separate rooms for the toilet/shower), surrounding area is quiet and well maintained with a park across the street. Super lowkey stay with great facilities, would stay again! ”

”Hieno miljöö, vanha, viihtyisä ja pieni hotelli keskellä San Juanin vanhaa kaupunkia. Ystäväpariskunnan huoneen seinät olivat OK, mutta meidän huoneessa kaksi seinää oli maalattu valkoisella 'lateksilla', joka kupruili lähes kauttaaltaan - amatöörikin näki, että kuprujen alla oli kosteutta (ymmärtäen kuvittelimme sen olevan viime syksyn hurrikaanin seurausta). Allergialääkkeillä selvisimme, mutta huoneessamme H2 oli kyllä vahva homeen haju. Se harmitti, koska muuten koko hotellin kokonaisuus...

”This hotel has been remodeled since my last stay. It is beautiful. The restaurants were great. Great overnight prior to cruise. The only negative was at check in. They had a very long line with only two people working. Almost everyone had a reservation and leaving on cruise on next day. There must be a more efficient way of handling the check in. The clerks were very harried therefore rude. ”

”Great, new hotel. Nicely done. The only surprise was that our room, which was really big and good as such, didn’t have a window! It was like an interior room in the middle of the hotel building and hence couldn’t have a window, but still it would have been good to see that info in the room description when booking the room. :-) In addition, we got a connected room - I usually write a special request ’no connecting room’ but this time I forgot it - and the doors between the rooms let sound...

”Jorge is a great responsive host who made the check in and check out process incredibly smooth and trouble free which is my kind of traveling. Especially grateful for the fully stocked fridge and beach towels. Not to mention walking distance to great nightlife. ”
