”Ernesto at check was beyond helpful. Cleared up a mixup with our reservation in no time. The entire resort is fantastic! The adult pool needs to be refurbished a bit, but was very serene for relaxing. Overall an excellent stay!”

”The property was amazing I loved the palm trees and all the seating they had around . They had a nice bar / restaurant they made the best mojitos. They also had a gym the room I had was kind of small for two people though use to bump my arm against the tv and the bed was small for two . They had towels to go to the beach you had to go across the bridge and go on the other side they are chairs there and umbrellas. They also had a very good bakery next door which I loved . ”truly majestic place, this feels like an oasis. The resort is well maintained and has amazing amenities. You really dont need to leave the resort if you dont want to. The staff is very friendly and there are constant trollies to take you around the resort. The beach and pool areas are well kept.”
