”Beautiful place to relax and enjoy some quality time. The green areas and gardens were well kept. Pools and jacuzzis were clean and refreshing. The food at the restaurant was good. The only minor inconvenience, was that upon arriving to the restaurant, the hostesses seemed a bit reluctant to seat us. It was 9:05pm and we had been informed at the front desk that the restaurant would close at 9:30. The hostesses told us that the restaurant closed at 9pm, due to "low occupancy". She proceeded to...

”Wonderful stay!! This hotel is very nice but what sets them apart the most is the service. Every staff member was attentive and kind. They made me feel very taken care of. We especially loved the snacks and turndown service. Service at the pool was incredible! Thanks for a great birthday weekend. ”

”Wynham Grand Rio Hotel is by far the best hotel experience l have ever had. I have to saythat the customers service was top of the line(At least my experience). They accomodated when needed and was very generous too. So clean, smells amazing when you walk in, relaxing, no overcrowding of people, easy flow, ready to help at every change. Meals for breakfast was amazing, complimentary upon arrival with champagne the esthetics...l could go on and on. Customer sercice was 10/10. I will be back...
