”This place is perfect for me and my husband, very peaceful, the beach view on the balcony is lovely, you can watch the sunset. Beach access when you go out the side of the building. Walkable to every restaurant and store. Host is very responsive, we had minor issue but they fix it right away. I would recommend this place.”

”Punto a favor es la cercanía al centro del pueblo de Ponce . En contra , se anuncian con piscina y no la tienen disponible, por cierto ese fue el factor clave para que lo tomara ; necesita mantenimiento, cucarachas , el aire acondicionado estaba derramando agua . Si tienes problemas de movilidad el dormitorio está subiendo una angosta escalera en espiral , no tiene ventanas al exterior y en el interior se escucha todo el ruido exterior.”

”The perfect beach view from the balcony, spent each morning watching the sun rise from there. The hammock was an added bonus. Very comfortable unit, clean, full kitchen and washer and dryer in condo very helpful. Love the location, easy walking distance to food and restaurants and the beach. We've stayed at Sandy Hills 4x already, but this was our first time in this unit and would stay here again. Only disappointment was that we could not use the pool the week we stayed here, which was...

”Maria was great! She was very responsive when we needed something. She also communicated with us when there was going to be cleaning done in the pool. Overall the place was clean. The pool was amazing and it was great that we had it all to ourselves.”

”Only stayed for two nights - wish it would have been longer since you get a cleaning fee regardless of a few nights or a week. View was beautiful and located in a very good area with security. Nice parking spot comes with the room. Room was very clean and adequate for my wife and I. Only issues were one lamp didn’t work and took awhile for hot water - contacted the owner and she told me to let it run awhile because it’s tankless water heater. Check-in and communication with the owner was great....
