”My husband and I just returned from a stay for 4 days at this resort for his birthday. We travel quite often, but it was our first time in Puerto Rico. Overall, the resort was great! Food was amazing! Staff was helpful and friendly! There were a couple of issues, but they were quickly rectified! The hold that was to be placed on my credit card at check in didn't register (due to a glitch in their system is what we were told), so I had to return to the front desk 3 times and swiped it each time -...

”My family had excellent stay here while visiting Rincon. John was an outstanding host and provided great communication before and during our stay. He took the time to share advice and suggestions about nearby activities. John also put out a plentiful and delicious spread for breakfast with a great variety including fresh fruit. The room clean and comfy. Overall, a terrific place to stay.”
