Tämä on kauniisti sisustettu yhden makuuhuoneen yhden kylpyhuoneen huoneisto, täysin kalustettu ja hyvin varustettu keittiö. Se on Puerto Vallartan suosituimmassa ravintola- ja yöelämän alueella ja vain puoli korttelia "Los Muertos" -rannalle ja sinisille tuoleille.

Tämä on pohjakerroksen huoneisto, joka sijaitsee aivan uudessa V177-kehitystyössä, joka on romanttisen alueen / vanhankaupungin ranta-alueen uusin rakennus. Huoneisto tarjoaa upean tunnelman 1 makuuhuoneella (king-size-vuode ja TV). One of the best buildings in Romontica Zone
V177 in Puerto Vallarta is my first choice when staying in the city. As a solo traveler, I always feel safe and welcome here. I have stayed in the building three separate times, each in a different condo, and each experience has been exceptional.... including my recent stay. Luis was great, as others have commented. He has exceptional communication through-out and he cares that your stay is outstanding. The unit is well equipped and you have everything you need for a great stay. One of the highlights of V177 is the 7th floor infinity pool, which is EPIC! It offers the most beautiful views in the area. AND also has a BBQ for a few home cooked meals. Located in the Romantica Zone, the building's location is ideal. It's easy to get around, with many great restaurants, grocery and liquor stores within close walking distance. Whether you're exploring the vibrant local scene or just relaxing by the pool, V177 is a fantastic place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. And I would highly recommend #102.

Suggestions
Something to consider: - put combo lock like your neighbor has. I use similar for my rentals - MOST UNCOMFORTABLE SOFA. I understand cheap but TERIBLE. - we usually provide adequate soap and shampoo for short stays we do checkin.so .. - shower door bottom missing strip so water goes all on floor -sink faucet loose need to tighten from below.

Linens are tired. Suite is dark, needs painting Bad odor in suite from washing machine. Uncomfortable furniture in living room, however King bed is very comfortable. Pool deck is fabulous Perfect location close to all amenities. Concierge staff very helpful

AMAZING!
I stayed in this beautiful oasis for 3 weeks in mid 2023 and every day was a slice of heaven. Luis is an awesome host - he makes sure you are happy with everything. When I arrived there was an issue with the A/C and it was fixed (brand new A/C) the next day. Luis is incredibly responsive and cares about the people who stay in his apartment. The location is excellent, the building is beautiful, the building staff are wonderful and I can't wait to go back.

Great property
This property is well cared for and loaded. Roof pool/spa, gym, grill, wet bar, refrigerator on the roof. Several seating areas including Lounge chairs and a dining table and a tv area and facilities with shower. The room was wonderfully cool with an A/C for the main area and a separate A/C for the bedroom. The washer and dryer were an added bonus we didn't stay long enough to use (Hopefully next time). Only issue was there was an odor of must that wouldn't go away (we came 1 day after power was back on from a hurricane). The owner tried his best, sent the plumber and the building staff in to fix. We will still come back and stay again. The location can't be beat. 1 block from the beach. Two to three blocks away from the Main Street of fun bars. We didn't need a taxi the whole time we were there. And it's there's only a very small set of stairs to get to the building (most of the romantica zone hotels are up a hill or steep staircase, is up a steep hill).

We love going to PV , this was a perfect location and beautiful home! We were there during hurricane Lidia and host was very nice to let us extend stay due to cancelation of our flights. Great communications with as well. Will definitely book again!

The location is also perfect. It is a 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach with great restaurants all within walking distance. I would highly recommend!

Very pleasant stay
Luis and his wife are great Landlords who respond to every need on a timely basis. The condo is new, clean and spacious. The upper deck with the pool/hot tub is breathtaking. Lilly, the cleaning lady is lovely and does a super job. Overall, I would recommend this unit to anyone with an interest providing close access to the beach and restaurants. Thank u Luis.

Location Location
For most this is the perfect location. One block up from the blue chairs on the beach. The condo is tastefully decorated and has most everything needed to cook in if desired, as well as beach towels, laundry soap, etc. The properties are very clean, rooftop pool and jacuzzi as well as gym are exquisite. Condo staff were very helpful and nice. Luis was in constant contact with our check in, check out and any questions in between. The bed is very comfortable! The modern decorated living room is not that comfortable but looks nice and most not there to relax on a sofa. We spent most time outdoors on the patio when back in the condo. There are a few stairs to climb to the condo from the beach, but not too bad.
