”Very nice place beautifully situated between the two volcanoes. Convenient access to the falls and to Osorno. The staff is extremely helpful, helping me fix my tyre pressure and clean off some dirt from my luggage.
The rooms are bright and clean.
Only note: the walls ARE thin. So if you are a light sleeper, you may need earplugs just in case.”

”The owner was so welcoming and kind, the problem is that the room was not clean at all (when undoing the bed i found several long black hairs, same in the shower). :(
It’s very well located and there is parking spots, but unfortunately the cons are bigger than the pros. On top of being not clean, it was noisy and also they do not provide soap or shampoo as stated on their expedia page. The heating in the room is not working either, so you have to ask for an electric heater, thats gonna be ok...

”The hotel is perfectly located right in front of the lake, offering a truly magnificent view.
It’s also within easy walking distance of the main restaurants and shops, which makes getting around very convenient.
The breakfast is excellent, with a good variety and quality.
The staff is consistently helpful, attentive, and focused on making guests feel comfortable throughout their stay.
Free parking is a great added benefit.
Overall, a very enjoyable experience.”
