”What is the deal w the guy who lives upstairs in the room behind the curtains? I’m still trying to figure out whether he was sick or having routine respiratory issues. I was woken up both mornings around 7AM of my stay w him hacking and coughing. I personally enjoyed the three oversized cats that live there but might be an issue for those allergies and I don’t recall seeing cats being mentioned. Please grab a weed wacker and clean up the yard around the stairs to enter the front door. That’s the...

”Breakfast waa great”

”Very unexpected how nice La Quinta in Federal Way, WA was. A little luxury in a Seattle suburb. Breakfast buffet was great. Room was modern and clean. Wished the hot tub was open even though the season is technically over. Nice bar area however.”

”Nice breakfast, no thrills otherwise ”

”For the most part everything was fine except they put us in a handicapped room for some reason even though such a room wasn't requested. I should have complained right away but didn't, my bad. ”The fact that its a studio with a kitchen is a plus! Whats also a plus is that seeing that its a kitchen included the fact that its super clean with no roaches or bugs or grime or mess is a super plus. However bring your own soap, shampoo, Paper towels and iron or hair dryer. That will not be provided. Other than that its definitely worth the stay while its still new!”

”Patsy was great to work with on some unique needs I had. The location was fantastic, and the property is beautifully kept. Parking is a challenge, especially for larger vehicles.”
