”We had a good stay of one night. Hotel was new, clean and reception staff was nice. Anyhow I am very disappointed with the management as I tried several times to contact them by email about the cancellation and refund of the nights we had to cancel. No answer or explanation of any kind was given. I understand that they just want to keep the money but I would have appreciated any kind of answer to my email. ”
