”Place was a dump. Toilet didn’t work properly, television didn’t work, remote needed batteries, wifi didn’t work properly. The food menu wasn’t even close to the pictures on line. It was run down and was a disaster. We paid for two nights but checked out after one. Only positive was Claire the manager. ”

However the drive way was so steep that our standard Corolla grounded so hard we had to park at the McDonald’s next door a higher SUV tho would be ok can I suggest that if possible the top of the drive be flattened a bit. The house was very good value and the instructions spot on so aside from the drive a very good value for money stay Thanks”

”Rented this place because i wanted prive laundry and the expedia price was an absolute steal. We had a cozy 2 story condo on the canal. We did laundry, cooked dinner on the grill, drank wine and fed the ducks. It was a great stay. Only knock is the a/c only works downstairs. It was quite warm upstairs until we opened all the windows. May not work out well if it's raining ”

”From arrival the host was amazing and while we requested a ground level room they had no idea our daughter uses a wheelchair and yet made it so easy for us to park our car. The motel is near the city but still so quiet and our NY's experience was amazing esp the fireworks display which was literally down the road. Clean facilities, great amenities and awesome for families even though there were only 3 of us. Thank you so the host and team who looked after us and made it a memorable stay ❤️ ”

The location is absolutely unbeatable—waking up to the sound of the ocean and stepping straight onto the beach was a highlight every single day. The views from the apartment were stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. ”This Motel has nice and big units, there aren't any good views, but the place is fairly silent and further from M.t Maunganui so price isn't so high. The host was really nice guy (sorry my name memory, I really forgot his name) and showed us around and inside the unit, also got a really good suggestion for breakfast place. He also guided us to closest supermarket and showed some places to visit while we stayed in Tauranga.”
