Something is not right
Stayed for 2 nights late August. Don't know if they are really making profit with holiday season or why the same room is available for half the price a month later? We didn't even have breakfast included and when you pay more than 120 euros per night this would be the first thing you expext. Transfer to airport is 25 euros. For 10 min ride it is a rip-off. The building seems very new. If fact so new, that some of the things are not finished or thought at all (boiler was right behind the WC-door to hit). The walls or doors have no soundproofing whatsoever, so you hear neighbors go at it during the night. On the contrary to the new building, the bed and bed sheets were awful. No one had cleaned under the bed. Apart from the negativity the reception staff was very helpful and breakfast was actually very good. Location is near the center and very within walking distance.

Nice hotel with complementary parking within walking distance of the Roman amphitheatre and the historic city center. Room was spotless and smartly furnished, just like in the photos from the hotel. Easy check in and check out. Simple yet decent breakfast.

Clean room, walking distance to the centre. Parking steps away. Giving it thumbs up. Room very small. No place for the luggage, nor a safety box available. Though not critical but useful.

В целом с отелями в самом городе Пула туго. Есть в пригороде отели сети Radisson и это лучшее, что можно забронировать. Но мы решили перебраться в саму Пулу в City Center Accommodation . Не скажу, что это было правильным решением, цена такая же, а качество намного хуже. В комнате кроме полотенец и ёмкости шампунь/гель для душа нет ничего. Мы просили тапки, но нам ответили, что работают по системе В&В и тапок нет. Считаю, что гостям должна быть доступна возможность купить доп. опции на месте: тапочки, зубная щётка и пр. В номере плохие подушки, скомканные, требуют замены. Полотенца чистые. Мебель и ванная комната хорошие, ничего не течет, все добротное. Когда пришли ночью и включили свет, в комнате пробежал таракан, убили, было неприятно. Непонятно, откуда, если кухня на - 1 этаже, а мы жили на 2. Завтрак рассчитан для мясоедов. Если, как и я, вы не едите мясо, то к сожалению, выбор будет совсем маленький. Омлет, сыр, булки, чай, кофе. Мясной нарезки и сосисок несколько видов. В первый день было 2 креманки фруктового салата,мы взяли их, больше за 40 мин не приносили. Делаю вывод, что эти 2 креманки были сразу для всех постояльцев, для разнообразия ассортимента. Расположение отеля удобное, 20 мин пешком до вокзала, остановка автобусов рядом, до всех достопримечательностей ходили пешком, город небольшой. Персонал приятный, молодой, вежливый. Вывод такой: непонятно, кто дает классификацию. Это не 4 звезды. Лучше остаться в Park Plaza пригороде за те же деньги и ездить в центр

Pula stop-over
We stayed here as an overnight /stop-off en route to Dubrovnik. Friendly and conveniently located property. Rooms/bathroom were very clean, air-conditioned. No safe. Parking 50m away from property and reception needs to let you in ; but no real hassle once you know the system. Convenient for Pula centre. Would stay again.

Only ok for an overnight stay
Location is good with 10 minutes walking distance to the centre and most tourist attractions. The room is a bit small and no kettle to boil hot water. Also the boiler for shower has not turned to appropriate degree to give warm water. My wife felt too cold when showering. The receptionist are quite nice though and quick in response to my email.

Generally very good for exploring the city
We needed a hotel for a couple of nights located so that we could explore Pula. This hotel proved to be just fine. It is modern and very clean. The included breakfast was pretty good. We selected it because it offered car parking and was just an easy stroll into the town. The only slight difficulty was identifying the parking area (about 50 meters down side road) and then getting access (need to get receptionist to open [done remotely]).

The location and breakfast were wonderful. By North American standards the bed was not comfortable and the bed linens were substandard. The front desk staff were exceptional and gave great dining tips.

小さい町なので、行きたいところは、徒歩で10～20分くらいでいける。海の近くではないので、フェリーで移動するときは、タクシーが必要。最初の部屋は、窓が閉まらなくて、スタッフに来てもらったら、別の広い部屋に移してくれた。ホテル全体も部屋も清潔。朝食は普通。2日目は朝が早く、800からの朝食が取れないということで、前日にサンドイッチなどを作ってくれた。

The problem starts when guests that were before someone else in the room doesn't tell us the problem that happend. In your situation we changed your room and we solved the problem. Great place to stay!
The staff at this hotel were excellent, very helpful and friendly, the hotel is very close to the city center so very easy access to restaurants and shopping. We were treated very well. When we come back we will stay here again. Also free secure parking.

Great hotel
Easy to find and plenty of parking, reception very friendly and helpful both checking in after 9pm and checking out the next morning, it’s a short walk from the hotel to the centre of town and the room itself was spacious and clean.

Nice, modern hotel.
Nice hotel, walkable to the port and restaurants, front desk was helpful and friendly, bathroom was enormous. Overall nice modern hotel.
