”Asked room from a top floor, it was not honored. Very very loud hotel, people running in the corridors and slamming doors until midnight. Hotel has seen it’s vest days. Breakfast non existent, everything was either run out or machines were broken. Can not recommend.”

”We stay here all the time and never had issues but this time our shower didn't work and we didn't realize until it was almost check out time. Also we went to breakfast at 8 and there was a half a cup of coffee and fruit loops. We paid a little more for this room because it came with breakfast so that was pointless.”

I struggled to fall asleep on the amazingly comfortable bed due to the room being so hot. I did lower the thermostat, but the room just never cooled off. ”The mattress was so stained it was the color of rust. The entire room smelt like an ashtray me and my partner stayed for about five minutes and left and got a different hotel. The conditions of this hotel clean nor safe and it is laughable that they are charging anything for people to stay here.”

”Under MASSIVE CONSTRUCTION. Had no idea. There was even construction dust in my room on the 3rd floor. NO BREAKFAST - sign saying so in the elevator. Poor parking! DO NOT stay here until the construction is done. It was a BIG surprise.”

”I paid for a non-smoking room, and the smell of fresh cigarettes was terrible. But that wasn't the worst part; they gave me a FILTHY room. There were stains of personal fluids on the bed and pillows, a dirty refrigerator, and trash everywhere. When I complained, they didn't even apologize; they just gave me another room, and obviously, I couldn't sleep well or trust the cleaning. My body was itchy. The most disgusting experience I've ever had.”
