”Only spent one night, family of four. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by the lovely staff, served tea and asked about our dinner preferences. The place is marvelous - a tranquil oasis - the weather wasn't great, but it must be even more magical when the sun is out. ”Siisti, hieman historiaakin huokuva hotelli, ystävällinen palvelu. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin. Aamiainen oli ok. Keskeinen sijainti ml. juna-asemalle reilu 15 min. kävely tai tuktukilla 10 min. Tieto myöhäisestä uloskirjautumisesta ei kulkenut heillä sisäisesti, mutta asia saatiin selvitettyä nopeasti. Toinen pieni miinus usb-latausmahdollisuuden puuttuminen, kuitenkin olimme tänne asti selvinneet 2 viikon Sri Lankan lomalla ilman sikäläistä adapteria.”

”Amazing place near Nuwara Eliya. Beautiful view, which you can watch even from bath. Host is very friendly and helpful, even gave us a little gift when we left. The place was little hard to find so it might help if there would be a sign from the crossroad. Wi-Fi didn’t work properly, but it’s quite common in Sri Lanka.”

Kandy is a bit hectic and noisy city, but the area where the hotel is located is very quiet and beautiful and easily accessible with tuktuk (hotel has its own tuktuk driver also so getting to the city is easy). Rooms were clean, staff was helpful and food was good. I recommend to take also the breakfast when booking the room, it is really worth of paying a little extra.”
