This is a very cute hotel idea but the pictures are slightly deceiving. I really wanted to love this place because it’s not a chain but it still had the motel vs hotel vibe, even with the upgrades.
Positives:
• text reminders
• digital locks / keyless entry
• video game consoles with no extra charge
• quiet
• affordable
• easy to book
• easy check in / check out
• eco friendly
• in room fridge & microwave
• air conditioning
• free WiFi
Positives with downfalls:
• dog friendly (kind of) - there’s a very small area for pets but it’s inconveniently placed right next to the car charger so it’s blocked for the most part
• breakfast (kind of) - limited selection
• huge tvs (poor audio from speakers)
• really comfy bed but the sheets, comforter, and pillows are INCREDIBLY dingy and pilling.
• shower gets nice and hot but the shower head is way too high and impossible to adjust the angle so you’re almost forced to shower up against the wall.
• usb plugs in the lamps but they don’t work
Negatives:
• There are stairs only - no elevator.
• All doors point out making rooms street accessible
• only stairs no elevator
• looked like it hadn’t been dusted in a few weeks, even though there’s a sign under the bed that says “yes we clean everywhere”
• late checkout is 1 hour later only, otherwise you’re paying more for a few hours than what you paid for a night
• no ice machine
Would I come back? Maybe if they fixed the dirty blankets & added more outlets.
