”Good holiday, location is geart, the food was good, the bar stuff were very friendly and lovely, as well as the restaurant stuff were very friendly, the workout classes was great thanks to the instructors and the stuff, the entertainment team was a bit poor or unprofessional as they see us sometimes without even talk. But overall anything else was good.”
”An interesting destination especially for kids with lots of activities to do (e.g. Aqua Parks, Amusement Parks, Wave Pool, Video Games, etc.)

”Paikka oli viihtyisä, henkilökunta oli mukavaa allasbaarin baarimikkoa lukuunottamatta. Hotellin ravintolan ruoka oli mautonta ja heikkolaatuista, mutta mahat sai kuitenkin täyteen. Retkimyyjät olivat ihan mukavia ja kohtuu hintaista. Spa puole myyjät olivat turhan itsepäisiä ja kalliit hinnat! ”

”We spent 7 days in this hotel, had a superior room with amazing view. Also it was lovely to have sunshine on our large balcony in the mornings. The room was indeed a little bit dated, but the view was unbeatable, so didn't want to change. The food was so tasty and there was lots of variety and different menus day by day. The stuff was really kind and friendly, they made us feel like home. Really we felt there like home :). Animation team was so funny, and they had nice shows in the evenings....
”The hotel is huge and the premises are nice, the receptionists are rude since checking in, we felt very unwelcome and the rest of the staff is very unfriendly except when they want to sell you something. It says “all inclusive “ but it’s not, since the breakfast they’re trying to sell you extras like smoothies for 2 dollars and you get ice cream only from 14:00 to 16:00 other hours is 2 dollars, like seriously??? The food is horrible, tasteless, old and overall no variety, the location is far...

”The stay was lovely. The staff were excellent and met all our needs and gave us all we asked for.Saeed and Nour were very friendly and up to to point in everything. Rooms were clean and spacious. We stayed in the family superior suit.
The food had a variety and the pool and beach were clean. The kids loved their stay and would love to come again. ”

Some of the public toilets near the beach was also agly condition.
There is NO free Wifi on this Hotel.
There was many choices on food itself, but not so taisty.
Beach area was full of broken chairs.
