You have access to the terrace. Separate toilet 5 sqm and with 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: 3 bedrooms each 10 sqm and with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony. 3 bathrooms each 8 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
2nd floor: 2 bedrooms each 10 sqm and with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom 12 sqm and with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony. 3 bathrooms each 8 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per cable and satellite.

Punat. The villa is located on a 400 sqm open garden plot with flowers. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.
