So the rooms are a bit outdated and could definitely use some updates. My mini fridge was like not working so all my drinks were very warm.
The toilets never seemed to fully flush properly was another common complaint I head and was doubtful at first but then it unfortunately happened to me.
The resort itself was nice and the staff was very kind and helpful..only issue I really had was the language barrier
Front desk staff was super easy checking in and I was given an complimentary upgrade to elite premium level by booking with Expedia so that was lovely
The drinks were great and the bar tenders were amazing and always making sure to give out water and what not and keeping on top of visitors at the pool. The food was okay, and maybe not ideal for picky eaters if it applies to you but other than that it was great.
What I liked most about it was that you didn’t get those vendors walking around the beach at the resort pestering you to buy stuff, and the gift shops were nice and very accommodating for things you may have forgotten to pack like for me sunscreen.
