The space
If you’re seeking for a well protected gated community, with quietness and calmness with a beach just 10 minutes by transport you have already found it! It is cozy and fully furnished apartment full of natural light, with a everyday cleaned public pool close by, three bedrooms (All Queen size bed’s) and two bathrooms (2 showers).

A fully equipped kitchen provides you with everything you may need for cooking (kitchen utensils and plates, a fridge, a stove, coffee maker etc)

A comfortable living room, with wifi connection, with a television, a glass table, comfortable pillows on the couches.

- The key I gave you is for the main door.
- Keys for interior doors are inside the pantry.
- This accommodation is part of a community of neighbors, and tenants are committed to respecting the rules.
- This house is intended solely for lodging, so it is prohibited to host or organize parties.
- Tenants agree to maintain appropriate behavior to live in harmony with neighbors and the community.
- Smoking is only allowed in outdoor spaces.
- If you use the wifi connection, be aware that actions taken during your stay are your sole responsibility.
- Keep music at a low volume.
- Do not honk the horn.
- Take out the garbage on weekdays at 8:00 am and 2:00 pm. Saturday at 8:00 am. On Sundays and holidays, take it to the - disposal area (never leave it in the accommodation or patio).
- Dispose of unused oil in the jar (never in the sink).
- Always use the assigned parking spaces for the accommodation.
- Only the number of people indicated in the reservation are allowed in the accommodation.
- Pets or animals are not allowed.
- Do not post promotions (from convenience stores, pharmacies, etc.) on the refrigerator or any other place in the accommodation.
- Turn off and/or unplug electronic devices and bulbs that are not in use (the air conditioning never with the door open).
- Leave the accommodation clean with sheets gathered.
- When leaving, make sure the air conditioning and lights are turned off.
- Upon arrival, it's important to turn off the air conditioners, lights, and televisions when not in use or when you're going out. Electricity is rechargeable in Punta Cana, so there might be a small fee up to $60 if consumption is exceeded.
