Featuring a well-thought-out layout, the apartment boasts a luxurious master bedroom with a King bed and en-suite bathroom, a secondary bedroom with a queen size bed, and a convenient full guest bathroom serving both the secondary bedroom and guests. Additionally, the living room offers a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a single bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need during your stay, providing kitchenware for up to 6 people, ensuring a seamless culinary experience.

To enhance your comfort, bed linen, towels, and beach towels are thoughtfully provided. The bathrooms are stocked with essential amenities including shower gel, shampoo, liquid soap, and toilet paper, ensuring a worry-free first night. Please note that refills are the responsibility of the guest.

For optimal climate control, air conditioning is available in all areas, complemented by ceiling fans to provide a refreshing breeze.

Stay entertained with the inclusion of smart TVs with an IPTV system in the room, and enjoy the convenience of Wi-Fi service, which is included in the rental cost.

The residential area boasts 24-hour security and surveillance cameras for your peace of mind. Additionally, guests can indulge in the refreshing pool, suitable for both adults and children, and take advantage of the barbecue area for delightful outdoor gatherings.

The electricity service is paid separately and is Not included in the rent. We will take an electric meter reading at check-in and check-out and then calculate the cost of energy based on consumption. If you use the A/c only at night, the costs should be approximately as follows:

1 room from 5 to 10 dollars per day.
2 rooms from 8 to 15 dollars per day.
3 rooms from 11 to 20 dollars per day.

All guests will be charged a security deposit of US$300.00. This deposit can be paid in cash or through a credit card hold. This deposit is used to cover any damages caused to the apartment during the stay or unpaid bills left by the client. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE REIMBURSED 2 DAYS AFTER CHECK OUT if all bills are paid and the apartment does not have any damages.

If you would like an additional cleaning service, we will be happy to provide it at an additional cost of Us$50.00, which includes a complete change of bed linen. Cleaning only, without change of sheets, costs Us$25.00 and only change of sheets costs Us$20.00

It is the epitome of a tropical beach getaway, featuring 2 floors, with an infinity pool on the second floor, fusion cuisine on the second floor and Italian on the first, with a wide variety of cocktails and drinks for even the most discerning traveler.
Our beach club offers free chaise lounges to all our guests, with a minimum consumption of US$15.00 per adult.
