The property is very clean and saff were amazing. They are constantly cleaning all areas the entire day. The Food was good with the exception of the Steakhouse. Steak wasn't tender or season. I had to chew It for a long time and still could not swallow the meat.The Elite dinner was great so was the buffet food and options of food to eat.
Dislike - Temperature in my room was a little warm for me. The speed on the celing fan wasn't very high so it didn't help much. A good celing fan would have helped or the temp on the AC need to be lower n July.
Finally, I had a late check out until 1:00 PM with my Elite reservation however the room key did not work any more afer 12:00pm. My husband and I went ate breafast and couldn't get back in the room. We went to the front desk 3 times. Derrick kept giving us the same key card. The 4th time I told him we need to get our luggage out of the room and he said it''s now 12:52 and time to check out. It was very upsetting as he knew we had been walking back and forth trying to get in our room and the key wasn't working. Finally I told him he need to send someone with us so we could get our things before we miss our flight. Other then this the rest of the staff were amazing.
Entertainment was good and excersion can be caught from the beach.
