Resort is new, but staff is rude and they don’t care about the guests, administrations is horrible no one do their jobs there, I got an upgrade because of my Expedia status and I still waiting on the vip treatment, the balcony door lock was broken and I reported many times no one came to fix it, room service never came with my order as I order, security personnel were rude as well , in the last night, very late ( I was there 7nights) they knocked my room door and they were ready to break the door because they were worried about us don’t requesting cleaning service for 6 nights, when I spoke with the lady that clean our room and she provide us with what we need but was not need of clean the room . They didn’t checked cameras or restaurants checking sheets or call the room or even my number to be sure we were okay, very rude, I tried to speak with the big boss never show up, one lady came to speak to me and she gave me her contact info to email her and I haven’t get any response from her. Very incompetent staff, I had been in punta cana many times mass this experience was horrible, I won’t ever recommend this resort to anyone, I still waiting for a message from the hotel administration for an apology. Very upset to throw away my hard earned money in this hotel.
Very upset, do not come to this resort it deserved be shutdown and changed the administration and all staff be retrained .
