The space
You will be at Maple Beach, a residential area located less than 5 minutes from the access to Cortecito Beach in Punta Cana. Our penthouse is situated on the fourth floor, with easy and convenient access via elevators.

Our space stands out for its spaciousness and comfort. The penthouse features two levels, two furnished terraces overlooking the pool, and a fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, we provide 77-inch televisions, air conditioning in all areas, and a washer/dryer for our guests' convenience.

We strive to provide a welcoming and relaxing experience for our guests. From the moment they arrive, we welcome them with a clean and well-maintained environment. 24-hour security and high-speed Wi-Fi provide peace of mind and convenience. Additionally, our concierge team is available to address any requests and make their stay as enjoyable as possible.
Guest access
our guests will have full access to all areas of the accommodation, including the common areas, pool, terraces, and free parking. We want them to feel at home and enjoy all the amenities that Maple Beach has to offer.

It's important to note that the condominium has some rules and restrictions that guests must adhere to during their stay. These restrictions may include usage hours for common areas, behavioral norms, and provisions regarding the use of facilities. We kindly ask our guests to familiarize themselves with these rules to ensure a pleasant experience for all residents and visitors of the condominium.

Security: Maple Beach offers 24-hour security, providing guests with peace of mind and safety during their stay.

Wi-Fi Connection: We provide high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, allowing guests to stay connected and work remotely if needed.

Concierge Services: Our concierge team is available to assist guests with local recommendations, restaurant reservations, tours, and any other special requests they may have.

Pet and Smoking Policies: Please note that pets are not allowed, and the apartment is non-smoking, ensuring a fresh and allergen-free environment for all guests.

Flexible Check-in and Check-out: We strive to be flexible with check-in and check-out times whenever possible, to accommodate our guests' needs and provide a comfortable experience.

-ELECTRICITY

The electricity service is paid separately and is NOT included in the rent. We will take an electric meter reading at check-in and check-out and then calculate the cost of energy based on consumption. The air conditioning is the equipment that consumes the most electricity inside the apartment, in this sense we send a list of electricity consumption considering a normal use of said equipment:

• 1 room $5 to $10 dollars per day.

• 2 rooms $8 to $15 dollars per day.

• 3 rooms $11 to $20 dollars per day.

We will require a cash deposit ranging from $50 to $200 upon arrival, depending on the number of nights booked.

The pick-up service at the airport has a cost of 45 dollars each way and if you want the round trip you will have a special price of 80 dollars.
