As a guest, you`ll have access to a large community pool and to the golf course, extra fees apply. Located just a 10-minute drive from the famous Jellyfish Beach Restaurant, this is the perfect base for your Punta Cana adventure.
No Parties/Events: Strictly prohibited.
Quiet Hours: Keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
Condo Policies: All guests must comply with Larimar Residences and Cocotal condominium policies.
Guests agree to provide a valid working phone number.
Lost Keycards/Remotes: $50 fee for lost keycard.
Occupancy Limit: Maximum of 6 guests. Exceeding this limit will result in eviction.
Visitor Policy:
No visitors allowed. All guests must be declared in the reservation.
$15 fee per guest per night after the second guest.

Undeclared guest fee: $20 per guest per night.
Prohibited Items/Activities:
Illegal drugs are strictly forbidden.
Hookah is prohibited; violators will be expelled.
Loudspeakers are not allowed in the apartment or common areas.
Smoking Fee: $200 for smoking in the property.
Late Check-Out:
30 minutes late: $50 fee.
2+ hours late: Charge for an additional day (does not extend stay).
Complaints: By reporting an issue, you authorize the host to enter the property to resolve it (e.g., repairs, cleaning).
Violations: Breaking these rules may result in booking cancellation, removal from the property, and no refunds.
