2 makuuhuoneen 2 kylpyamme kotiin kanavalla lyhyen venematkan päässä Charlotten satamaan. Tämä viehättävä koti on rauhallisella tiellä, kulmaerä kahdella suurella kanavalla. Voit nähdä veden melkein jokaisesta talon ikkunasta. Yksityinen laituri yksinomaiseen käyttöön - ei siltoja kodin ja sataman välillä. Tartu sauvaasi ja kela tai käytä meidän ja kala suoraan telakka - iso kala! Meillä on myös syötti pakastin. Lähellä on useita laskuramppeja, lähellä venesatamaa kaasua varten. Kaksi hiljaista makuuhuonetta, joissa yksi king ja yksi queen-vuode. Makuuhuoneissa on pimennysverhot. Kodissa on peruselintarvikeverkkojen älytelevisio ja täysin ilmainen nopea WiFi yksinoikeudelliseen käyttöön. Meillä ei ole puhelinta lankapuhelimessa, joten tuo matkapuhelin.

The house is in a very nice neighborhood, on a corner lot which allowed terrific visibility of the canals and wildlife. Very convenient to the local attractions. Beautifully decorated inside and out. Pool was much colder than expected for a heated unit. Be prepared to provide your own supplies (coffee, paper products, bottled water)

We stayed at Elizabeth’s home in Punta Gorda for a week. The home was even cuter than the images with a very open concept that felt spacious. The star was the outdoor screened areas and the beautiful views of the canals on each side. We swam in the heated pool almost daily and enjoyed the pool table in the evenings. We loved the restaurants in Punta Gorda, but when we had meals at home, the kitchen was very well stocked . We highly recommend this home and hope to be back.

Great location and very well stocked with all of the essentials you need. Added plus was the fleece blankets for lounging. My complements to the cleaning crew. This home is decorated over the top with a coastal feel. No dust on anything when we arrived which was amazing.Enjoy your stay.

The modular house could use a few updates. The kitchen was very well stocked. The patio area is very nice and large. Heated pool was great. Host were responsive to the couple of issues we had.

We had a lovely holiday staying at this property! Very quiet with fantastic views from the pool area. The amenities were stocked, and we didn't need anything. The complete outside kitchen may have been our favorite feature.We plan on booking again!

The house is very spacious and has all that you could ever need. The pool area is fantastic. Great seating area for afternoon cocktails and loved the smoker for dinners. 10 out Elizabeth is very cordial and has thought of everything for the house. Thank for a great 3 weeks.

The host and the house were amazing overall. I’m not sure if there is anything they could do about the no see ums but they did have plenty of bug spray options to try to ward them off. We really enjoyed the outdoor space, that really set it apart. Only upgrades I would recommend would be better bedding on the master bed and a frame that actually fits the mattress. I would also put money at upgrading the master bath. Other than that it had all the amenities and the owners were very communicative and gracious when we had to leave in a hurry due to a family emergency. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful winter!

Had a great winter stay. Everything was as advertised and more. Outside entertainment area is fabulous. Host was very responsive to anything we needed. We've booked for next winter, so that should tell you how much we enjoyed it!

Home away from home!!!

We absolutely loved this home! We had everything we needed to cook either inside or at the magnificent outdoor kitchen!! Absolutely a dream come true! Lots to do at this home! We fished, played bags and swam in the in ground pool!! The weather could have been better but nothing the owners could do about that! Saw a manatee, lots of fish and lots of birds. Very close to Walmart and Publix. Would love to stay again!

Everything We Needed

Elizabeth was an excellent host - easy to communicate with always responsive in a timely manner. Her property is everything described and then some, spacious, comfortable, quiet and a beautiful view. Absolutely a great place to stay

We stayed here a few years ago and we loved it is why we wanted to stay again. The first time there was not a pool, this visit she had a pool put in and that made the stay even better. The pool was very nice and clean. The outside area is surrounded with all you need for outdoor cooking. Inside looks and feels like home and everything in the home supplied is not cheap and very good quality. I loved the double oven, made it nice for cook things at different temperatures and having everything ready at the same time. So much more I could mention, but will say if you choose this place to stay, you will want to stay again. Gerry D. Chasse
