Phillip was great. He responded to our needs. We appreciated the cleanliness, pool/privacy and space. Road traffic in front and some cosmetic issues, but didn’t impact our stay. Loved the location and walk ability to parks etc.

The reason we rented this unit was because of the heated pool. The heater did not work. Very disappointing. Even though it was chili outside, it would have been nice to be in a heated pool. I asked for a refund of the 25/day the owner charged to heat the pool, but he didn't respond to my request.

The house was as described, it was comfortable to stay in, very open and easy to access everything in the house. 2 small sitting areas with tvs so you dont always have to watch what the kids want. The only issue we had was the pool, the description stated it was a heated pool but everytime we got in it was not heated. My kids and i loved it, but my husband does not do cold water so he could not enjoy it at all. There was a nice size yard around the pool that my dog could enjoy. We have family in the area, so we had fun filled days followed by late night swims. My kids slept every night!!!

Great property had everything that u would and could need very clean and spacious felt right at home. The only issue was we weren’t alerted as to an issue with the pool and when the pool guy would be coming. Came home to a guy in the lanai of then found out it was the pool guy and then woke up to one in the back yard maybe put up some blinds to the back window so it’s more private. Other than that great stay.

Pool House

Our stay was for family to attend to the house of a deceased parent and I was the babysitter, grandmother to an 11 y/o. the pool made it bearable in the heat. the pool amenities were great. The house was clean and fairly well appointed. I would have like a bit more lighting in the form of lamps. The queen/twin br had only a small desk lamp with no light in the fan. The fan / AC was not sufficient for the size of the room. The rest of the house was perfectly cool. AC worked great. On arrival the artificial scent from the plug in air "fresheners" was overwhelming. I had to take them out and put them in the laundry room.

Some of the furniture needs to be replaced as it was almost impossible to sit on in the living room Specifically the loveseat But the owner was extremely responsive to any and all our issues would stay here again on our next trip down for sure

Getaway

I stayed with my sister, and sister in law with our kids. The house was great! We had a baby and toddler and we didn’t have to worry about anything being broken. House was cleaned very well. Garbage disposal didn’t work - but we didn’t care much on that since none of us own one 😂. Also, the pool light didn’t work at night, but that didn’t ruin the night swimming for kids and/or adults. The owner was amazing, answered all questions quickly and was extremely nice. I hope to go back on day.

Close option for Punta Gorda overflow

Family from across the nation came together for a 90th birthday party for my grandfather. This location was perfect for being close enough to enjoy spending time with family. I brought my dogs along and there was plenty of room for them to move around the house….and enough yard to get them out for their routine. I would (and have) recommend this rental for others who stay in the area. Only drawback is the limit of 2 cars for parking. Otherwise, great location, great price, great amenities and very clean.
