”Cute, modern and very clean apartment! The apartment had all the conveniences of home which is just what we needed for our short stay! Though it is located near a major road, it is very quiet and car traffic was minimal and could not be heard inside the apartment. Highly recommend! We will return!”

”We enjoyed our stay here as it was close to downtown Punta Gorda in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The house on the inside was exceptionally clean and had many great amenities (towels, well stocked kitchen, large flat screen TVs, etc.) There were a few mis-steps. The heated pool was not heated. Shortly before our check in, I was told that if we wanted it warmer than 72 degrees, it was an upcharge. We negotiated a reduced rate but this was not appreciated. The pool itself was not functional when...

It was clean and cozy. We will definitely be staying there again in the future. It had everything we needed so we didn’t have to stress bringing anything with us.”

Most things we needed were provided and only had to purchase a few things. Great communication with the owners and she said she’d give me a 10% discount since we were in town for a funeral. ”
