”Nice place, convenient Rooms with fridge, coffemaker, microwave, kitchenet and all the things necessary for cooking.
Recomendation: if you have a car it can be easier 'cause you have several supermarkets and restaurants near there ( 2 km or less) but if; not try to have some things to cook before due to by walking/uber/bus could be complicated.
The rest of the things are OK, nice pool some weekend”

”The hotel is nice and very clean. Breakfast was good with enough options. The room was maybe a little bit worn out (mainly the kitchen) but it didn't bother us. Super quiet. Part of the reception staff would maybe need an improvement in their attitude, a few of them were not very welcoming and it seemed that they were not very keen on resolving the customer's questions. After all many times the quality of the customer service is what makes the difference.”

10/10 Loistava
We spent two nights in a boutique type hotel Volcanes. It was located in the very center of Alajuela. It’s a small family run hotel with a good friendly english speaking staff. Breakfast is served by your order and it certainly is fresh. Rooms are very tidy as all the public areas. You can find rooms for different price categories. We liked it very much.
