”Spacious and comfortable home for our group of seven. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub, ping pong, and arcade games. Coffee in the morning on the patio was perfection! Plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and very comfortable. Only negative was the noisy plumbing that sounded like there was air in the pipes. We chose to drink bottled water because of the "salty" taste of the treated water.”

”The house was located about 10 minutes outside of Durango. It was an easy drive to get to the downtown area. The house itself is located in an older neighborhood but nice and spacious. There was plenty of room for eight of us. It did not have air conditioning but many homes in Colorado don’t. It did appear as if it might be having something installed soon though. Overall we had a great stay!”

”My husband and I really enjoyed staying at Lavender House. There was a little hiccup with checking in but this was quickly remedied. The property is beautiful and set on a working farm. There are horses, donkeys, chickens and dogs. We enjoyed this aspect of the farm. The owner was quick to respond to us but we had very few questions as everything was self-explanatory. ”Hubby and I drove up from Dallas area for a break from heat and enjoy mountains before I had to have surgery. This home was so reasonably priced and loved the wrap around porch where we could enjoy nature. More room than we needed as home is very spacious but amazing. Even had access to a. 3 car garage to park our car securely at night.”

”We had a wonderful time at the house with 19 people. As other reviews stated the kitchen is well stocked, but we wish there had been an electric griddle for pancakes. There was a plethora of games, movies, yard toys, books, puzzles, and anything you would want to do. There was new carpet in all the bedrooms which was very nice and plenty of beds and bedding for our whole group. We had some little ones in our group so we stuck around the house quite a bit. All the grandkids loved the hot tub...
