”The Purple Juniper was perfect for our stay in Durango. Walking distance to downtown, parking was easy, in a very quiet neighborhood. We would stay there again.”

”We were in town for my son’s wedding at Purgatory, so the location was perfect. While the house was amazing, we all loved the front porch and yard. We played lot’s of family games. Our favorite sounds were hearing the Silverton train echo up and down the canyon. We will be back for sure. Thank you Anne!”

”Just a short 2 night stay in Durango. House was clean and had great coffee choices. Love that they had Ryze mushroom coffee. House was clean and just as described. Great internet service with Starlink. Only suggestion would be better porch lights. Solar porch lights didn’t really give off any light. ”

”Such a nicely appointed home! Very clean with lots of thoughtful features to make your stay comfortable. It’s definitely family friendly with the 2nd bedroom bunk beds and a fun little park at the neighborhood entrance.Great host. We would definitely stay here again. ”

”Nice location. Got to see turkeys and deer. House was very nice and use of garage was a big bonus. Only complaint was the smaller bathroom upstairs. My friends said they almost slipped in the bath tub. Not a game changer though. Parking decent for two trucks with UTV trailers. Drove UTVs to Lake Vallecito and rode a trail that was off of the 501A. Would stay there again.”
