Quiet Hours: We greatly value our quiet neighborhood and ask that you avoid making noise, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, so that everyone can get a good night’s sleep.

Guest Limit: Please use the apartment only with the number of people specified at the time of booking. If you plan to have additional visitors, please let us know in advance.

Eco-Friendly: Environmental protection is very important to us. Please help us by sorting your trash and disposing of it in the designated bins.

Punctuality appreciated: We value your time and ask that you adhere to the agreed-upon times for key pickup and return. Please let us know if you anticipate any delays.

Careful Check-out: We ask that you vacate the apartment by 11:00 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure and leave it as tidy as you found it.
