Quiet Hours:
We value our quiet neighborhood and ask that you keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, so that everyone can enjoy a restful night’s sleep.

Guest Limit:
Please use the apartment only with the number of people specified at the time of booking. Please contact us in advance regarding any additional guests.

Eco-friendly:
We place great importance on environmental protection. Please help us by sorting your trash and disposing of it in the designated bins.

Punctuality Appreciated:
We value your time and ask that you adhere to the agreed-upon times for key pickup and return. Please let us know if you are running late.

Tidiness upon departure:
We ask that you vacate the apartment by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure and leave it as tidy as you found it.

Open Communication:
If anything is not in order during your stay or is accidentally damaged, please let us know. We understand that minor mishaps can happen.

Safety First:
Please make sure to lock all doors and windows when you leave the apartment to protect your personal belongings.

Video Surveillance:
For your safety, there are surveillance cameras in the entryway and in the garden. There are no cameras inside the apartments.
