”2. Sänky natisi paljon aina kun kääntyi, häiritsi yöunta. Ilmastointi todella äänekäs, ei pystynyt nukkumaan se päällä. Tyynyt muhkuraiset. Huoneet siivotaan vain joka toinen päivä. Aamupala on perus.

”The staff and the hotel was great, however the shuttle that was booked for our group was super late, causing us to have to order multiple ubers for our group of 20 plus people to get to the cruise line.”

”The hotel itself is really nice and in a good location. Nice outside pool with bar. Private area at Miami Beach - even if it takes about 45 minutes to get there and the only thing you get for free is a chair. My room was really good as well - the only issue was that the AC was quite loud, I had to shut it off for the night. But the staffing problem here is real. You have to call multiple times to get a hold of anyone at the reception. Checking out took forever - long lines and only two people...
