Located on a farm that makes you feel like you really are in New Zealand! The outdoor fire brazier was a nice touch, bbq available to use as well Clean quality linens and a comfy bed meant a good night's sleep. Good hot water system for the shower and kitchen too This is the perfect place to feel like you're in a rural location, but...

”The property is presented beautifully and well furnished, plenty of space in the garden for the kids to run around and being directly across from the beach was great. Also having the two spaces for watching tv meant we could all find our own space for some quiet time. ”

”Great property for our 2 night stay. Hobbiton around 20 minutes away by car. Plenty of restaurants in nearby Matamata. We particularly liked The Osteria recommended by Kylie our host. The property is spotlessly clean. Kylie provided us with a continental breakfast with freshly baked bread and homemade yoghurt. Kylie was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend ”
