”So the man that checked us in was just dismissive, told him my name, he didn't say a word, just handed me our door keys and that was it. I said, what room # and how to I get to it, he replied, it's in there and that was it. ”Omg we love staying here for our dance comp! The bartender is an absolute gem! So happy to see her again for the 2nd year! She was short staffed but took such great care of us!”

”Enjoyable stay, the hotel is clean. However, this is my second time staying, don’t like the parking you need to park on the street during check in which most of the time downtown Davenport there isn’t parking after check in they open the gate. Just annoying.”

”If you just need a place to sleep and leave then it’s fine. But it’s dirty and needs major renovations. Staff while friendly was missing and not on property at check in. They don’t have an Expedia computer so they have to call to confirm your renovation. Wouldn’t recommend unless you just need someplace to sleep. It’s in a good area though. Mall is next door”

”I arrived at 10:45 PM with a confirmed reservation. The person at the front desk was counting coins and, when I greeted him and mentioned my reservation, he interrupted me and indicated (with gestures) that I had to wait until 11:00 PM. I waited and returned at 11:05 PM. He assisted me reluctantly, shaking his head and murmuring. After going to my room, I realized the key hadn’t been activated.
