”Good”

”We loved the art deco building this hotel was in. City people will like the location also. You will hear sounds of city though. But this hotel has seen its best days. Towel rack was partly hanging off the wall, towels were torn and grey, pillow had some stains. Management should put some effort on fixing things. The photo of breakfast with fresh fruit, and falafels was misleading as they were not on offer. Receptionist was nice and helpful though. We had an early departure and got breakfast to...

”Fantastic little budget hotel. premium location”

”An absolute standout stay! The entire property is sparkling clean, modern, and relaxing. Check-in was effortless, the bed was ultra-comfortable, and the Wi-Fi and amenities worked without a hitch. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother or more enjoyable experience—10/10 recommendation!”

”The room wasn’t very clean, the blankets had cigarette burn holes in them, and we were only given one towel. There was very little information about the hotel and there was no breakfast when it was advertised there would be. No soundproofing inside or outside, the doors weren’t sealed at all. The staff was present and attempting to be helpful and were very nice. The location is good, but the hotel not so much.”

”The staff are very friendly.”

”Perfect stay ”

”The place is hard to find. Poor upkeep of the place. Not available for 24 hours check in. Will not stay there again. ”

”Location is great 👍”

”Very clean and friendly”

”Disappointing Overall Experience. We arrived at night only to be told that no rooms were available. We were offered accommodation at a lesser hotel about a 10-minute walk away, where we had to check in separately, check out the following day, and then return to this hotel for our room. No assistance was provided throughout this process, which was particularly frustrating after travelling. The room itself was okay, but the service was poor. Our room was not cleaned until we raised the issue...

”Look at the price first, for what you get the location is great, room is spacious, terrace is lovely. The bathroom was clean but not CLEAN capital. The guys who work there are very kind and helpful. Would be nice to see more ladies around though, but it's a bit of a Cairo thing. I felt safe though. Was a tad hard to find at fire. But location is really central. All tours go to this location, etc. Lot's of noises outside (honking/cars) but again...a Cairo thing, I'm from NY so I didn't mind. Just...

” It is a very cozy hotel and feels like home ☺️ The view from the balcony is amazing 😍 we really enjoyed sitting there ❤️ The hotel staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The area around the hotel is lovely, and you can find everything you need as you are staying in downtown 🤗 ”
