”We had a pretty good experience at this hotel but when we used the laundry service, the amount of money they charged us ruined the whole experience and reputation of this hotel. What a disgrace. They charged us $400 to do a load of laundry. They weren't clear about how much it would cost up from and this was the result. Disgusting.”

”the location was perfect .. the staff was marvellous the price was good the hotel was clean the pillow was bad not comfortable and the room smells smoking which is bad they put me in smooking floor by mistake and i didnt requeste change because she say the hotel was full”

”The hotel and its inner surroundings is a welcome sanctuary to what is outside the main gate. The food could do with being warmer and the repeated piano music is just terrible. Apart from that its decent, with a good gym, pool area and lobby.”
