The hotel itself has a good location, but the maintenance and the service You receive, makes You unsatisfied. Some of the workers are very kind, but the hotel seems to use workers, who do are not at all trained to be hotel workers. A lot of promises, not every one of them kept.”

”It’s my second time staying at JOJO TLV. Very clean and modern “city house" hotel. It’s one floor of an apartment building with a number of rooms, a lobby area and a terrace.
The lobby area has some basics, including a microwave, Nespresso machine, kitchenware and a refrigerator.
What is nice is that you can check in any time with a code, so good for flights arriving at midnight/early morning. Staff are very helpful with storing luggage after check out.

”We arrived at the hotel after mid-night with prepaid rooms. The lady claimed that none of our 4 credit cards work. Finally she managed to put them through "another program" - even then she claimed that problem is with our cards which we'd used and continued to use during the trip without problems.
