”It’s not the cleanest hotel. The reception guy clearly gave away my room because he looked alarmed when I came to check in late. And then proceeded to do something for a long time on computer. Warm water didn’t work at night and there was someone’s pubic hair on the bed 😭”

”I didn’t like to be honest. The phone line didn’t work and the tv didn’t either the first night. I had to ask to get it fixed. The tv had an adapter that looked like a camera and it scared me for a min. Till I covered it.”

”Clean room”

”I stayed here, but there was no lantern or scissors provided, and the lantern in my friend’s unit was broken too. So I asked for a replacement, but I was told there wasn’t one available and to just deal with it. I asked them to help resolve the issue, but all they said was to talk to the manager in the morning. I think that is very poor customer service.”

”Very basic hotel but great location close to beaches and Watch Hill. Note that the two king deluxe penthouse rooms are on the fourth floor and the elevator stop at the third floor so you must walk one flight. There seemed to be only one ice machine and set of vending machines on the first floor of the main housing unit. The continental breakfast is more of a snack room. There is a restaurant next-door, but it seems to be open only in the evenings, perhaps for lunch on the weekends. Note that...

”Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The room looked nothing like the photos advertised online, which was very misleading. It felt outdated and wasn’t what we expected based on the listing. First impressions matter, and this one definitely fell short. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations, and I hope the photos are updated to accurately reflect the rooms so future guests know what they’re booking.”

”Proximity was super close to Foxwoods with a Dunkin right across. Property was very clean and rooms were good for an overnight stay.”
