The common areas of the compound are covered by CCTV cameras, and the security of the whole compound is monitored by ‘Brinks’ security agency 24 x 7. The price of the apartment covers costs of electricity, water, fixed telephone line, internet connection (WiFi), and gardening. So, no additional payment is required. We provide utensils, cooking gas, oven, and all electrical appliances necessary for preparing own meals

As a matter of fact, we are located on a bus route to Rose-Hill, Curepipe, Port-Louis, Quatre Bornes center.
The nearest beach, Flic-en-Flac, is 7 Kms away from Quatre Bornes and can be accessed by bus and any other means of transport without any hassle.
