”This hotel was a very good experience except for one major aspect that while I understand is outside of the hotel’s control is something that needs to be addressed. The room was very clean (except for a spoon that wasn’t washed properly), security for the building and rooms felt good, and most amenities were present. The couch was a bit uncomfortable and the tv is pretty small, but those are nitpicks for the room itself. The major issue is the location. For the record, hypothetically it’s a...

”A very pleasant surprise our room, 407 was excellent. Big walk in shower, comfy bed that us adjustable. Nesoresso coffee in room and a plantiful continental breakfast included. Staff very pleasant. Did not have a chance to see much of hotel, but would definitely stay again. Our room had 2 stains on the carowt, otherwise was ckean and comfortable. Close to cruise ship terminal.”

”Everything was great the apartment is super spacious the only thing is that wifi and TV were not great as well as adjusting the thermostat. Would be back again”

Mais après courriels et téléphone nous avons été déplacer au loft Dorchester qui est beaucoup mieux. Merci à Mila qui nous à aidés. Et aussi les photos presenter sur le site de hotel.com sont très trompeuses pour ne pas dire inexactes.”

”We had a really nice stay. Bed was super comfortable. The only thing we didn’t like was the light curtains in the room we were waken up but the early morning sun. Was great having a kitchenette to make all our meals. Easy check in and check out! Would stay here again!”

”Great hotel and stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but it was a little crowded. The room was clean, good size and had everything you need. The bathroom was good size but the barn door style door is not a good choice. The first room given was on the 1 floor and was very noisy. Asked for a new one and it was on upper floor and very quiet. The location is also perfect between the old city and upper city and St Jean street. ”
