”Home was very clean, nicely decorated, and close to Sparta and Cookeville. Plenty of room for two, and although very cold the night we arrived, the host had the home warm and toasty when we arrived, and it was welcomed. Everything you need and quiet. We had planned to leave a day earlier but after seeing the sights we wanted to explore a little more. Messaged the host through the site and she sent a form for the additional night at the price when rented. Very good communication with the host....

”As I mentioned in the guest book this location is perfect if you have a hiking trip planned in the area.The house is placed perfectly to hit Rock Island State Park as well as Falls Creek Falls State Park.The amenities were great- kitchen was great and had all we needed, shower pressure was great, added bonus the TV had a Roku for evening entertainment. If I had to nitpick something, the beds were more firm than I like but I'd 10000% stay here again. Likely one of the cleanest rentals I've ever...

”The host was very responsive and very sweet. We spent the week there during Christmas and enjoyed every minute. We found ourselves sitting on the patio looking out to the lake for 90% of the time (the pic they have posted is EXACTLY what it looks like in person). So peaceful! Loved that they provided a heating lamp on the porch so we could stay out there when it was chilly. The home is very nice, clean, and homie. I didnt even know there was going to be a hot tub, so that was a nice surprise....

”Had a great Easter weekend with our family and grandchildren. The deck and fire pit are great outdoor spaces! And we enjoyed the main living area inside as well. The kitchen is a little tight, no dishwasher. The stairs from the main level to the basement are steep and narrow, more hazardous than expected. Everything worked OK, had hot showers and AC. Plenty of parking space but be prepared for all the trips up and down those outdoor stairs to haul in all your stuff - good workout for sure.”
