”I booked for a suite with a living room and it came with a pull out as well. Very nice room with a full city river view. Almost a 360 view but not quite. However the room I was in was a corner king room partial view. I got all my things checked in and I realized I was in the wrong room. So I go back down and tell the guy he put me in the wrong room. He stated yes I realized but you were in a great mood I didn’t want to ruin it. My response being don’t you think this would’ve ruined it more...

”2 items: We suggest you have some gluten free items on the breakfast bar. And we reserved a 2 night stay but could only use one night. We were not allowed a refund for the 2nd night. Therefore we ended up paying double for our one night stay. Ridiculous!!! We tried to cancel our 2nd night and you refused a refund???”

”Dirty room, very loud heater / AC, the peephole was a literal open hole in the door, uncomfortable beds, room smelled strongly of smoke and mold and aggravated our allergies to the extent that we could not stay there. ”

”The old saying goes- You get what you pay for. The room reeked of smoke, was dingy, and the hot tub looked unsanitary. We literally walked in and walked right out. If a hotel room that’s old, filthy, and smoky doesn’t bother you, then you’re probably fine. The front desk person was very kind and helpful.”

”We had an issue with our heat, but we're quickly moved to another room. It was located right where we needed to be. TU Hospital, so we will probably stay there again.”
