”The hotel itself is very nice, and I really liked the room. However, I came specifically for the sauna and swimming facilities as a way to relax, and this aspect of the stay was disappointing. ”Hotels.com said that Wi-Fi is free. They charged it anyway. In reception they only said that the hotels.com reservation gives wrong info. Who can we trust? It is not very good for the customer if you buy something and then hotel says that’s not correct. Hotel was ok, parkywas easy but $40 per night. Noise was not as bad as someone said here before and it comes from the highway behind the hotel. ”

”The only issue I had was in the breakfast room. The waffle maker didn't work until my last day there. Also, the plates for the waffles were to small. The only other issue was there was no water, unless you went into the cleaning room and got water from the sink.”

”I would give this place 1 star but the staff was very nice. Seemed like an Indian family owed it. The room was clean-ish. We did not see any bugs or vermin so that was good. But the walls had lots of old finger prints and marks. The bathtub was missing a lot of the finish and looked like there was peeling paint on it. The fan/light in the bathroom had a dripping water sound within it so we did not turn it on due to concerns for safety. The comforters, decor and fixtures were very old and...
