We visited in May and the lifts from the carpark were out of order, they were still not working when we stayed again last weekend. Makes it difficult to get luggage up and down, may reconsider staying elsewhere if they remain brokenâ
âIdeal location in Kangaroo point near the iconic Story Bridge Hotel and walkable from the CBD along the fabulous footbridge. Water supplies and comfortable amenities and I was given an extra hour after a very late night. The staff are incredibly accommodating as my dad left his car key and they notified us immediately to make arrangements. Love the area. Great place. Would 100% book here again! â
âExcellent hotel. Clean, spacious, comfortable - we had a really nice stay. The only improvement suggestion would be the quality of the food. We ordered hamburger and a ceasar salad from room service, it was ok, but nothing special. â

My only disappointment was the restaurant wasnt fully open so the choices were limited and I was to tired after a long day working to venture out.

âI stayed for two nights in a superior room before moving to my long-term apartment. Fast check-in process. The hotel seemed new or recently renovated, and the rooms were super clean. The rooms weren't big, but had all you need - the kind of place that's perfect for a quick stay. Internet worked fine (I spent quite a bit of time working from the room).
Noise cancelation towards the street was somewhere between good and great - could hear the emergency vehicles but not much else. But the noise...
