”Booked in for 2 nights, first thing I was told at reception was that there was a single bed in the room as well as a queen bed and if the single bed was used we would be charged extra. Then I was asked if we came from south of the border? Not very welcoming. The room certainly needed upgrading for a 3.5 star room.
