The Space:
Step into a modern, high-end retreat designed for comfort and connection. Spread across 662m², this expansive home features radiant heating, underfloor warmth, and a cozy fireplace. The open-plan kitchen, with its stylish island bench, is ideal for cooking and entertaining.

Unwind in the spa with a glass of wine, enjoy a BBQ on the balcony, or simply soak up the quiet privacy of your beautifully landscaped surroundings.
A BBQ is available for guest use. If you would like to use it during your stay, please inform us at your earliest convenience or at least 3 days prior to your arrival. A fee of $150 applies, which covers the gas bottle, BBQ usage, and professional cleaning after your stay.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION:
All bedrooms feature King beds that can be split into Singles or made into Kings.

Please note that a long-term tenant resides on the lower level of the home. This area is securely locked and completely separate from your space. You will have exclusive access to levels 1 and 2 throughout your stay.
Bedroom 1: Floor 1, 1 King Bed, ensuite bathroom with a standalone shower and cupboard for clothing storage.
Bedroom 2: Floor 1, 2 Single Beds, sliding door access to the outdoor patio and cupboard for clothing storage.
Bedroom 3: Floor 2, 1 King Bed, ensuite bathroom with a standalone shower and bath, and cupboard for clothing storage.
Bedroom 4: Floor 2, 2 Single Beds, shared access to bathroom in the hallway, and cupboard for clothing storage.
*Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival if you’d like an alternate bed setup. A $100 fee per bed applies for changes made after check-in.

Baby Accessories:
A portacot, high chair, and baby bath are available on request for $50. Please notify us at least 3 days in advance.

Guest Access:
Enjoy our exclusive Hello Queenstown Guest Lounge at 19 Shotover Street (open daily 9am–5pm) – perfect for bag storage or relaxing before check-in.

Check-in instructions (entry code, Wi-Fi info) will be sent 3 days prior to your arrival.

House Rules:
- Maximum of 8 guests
- At least one guest must be over the age of 25
- No pets, parties, smoking/vaping indoors and absolutely NO glitter.
- 3-night minimum stay applies during December 20 – January 5
- Please note: This property is located in a residential area, the quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
We ask if you have guests or externally hired staff at this location, that you strictly abide by the quiet hours as to not disturb the neighbours.
- There are no supplemental contracts to be signed, if you hire external companies such as in-house chefs or massage therapists, the contracts are between you and the external company
