Bedroom 3: 2 Bunk Beds (2 Queen, 2 Singles), this bedroom can sleep up to 6.



Baby Accessories:

We can provide a porta cot, high chair and baby bath on request for a one-time fee of $50. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire property, including kitchen, laundry, outdoor area, and parking. Self check-in is available via lockbox.



There is no access to the garage, there is plenty of outdoor parking for your use.

Frankton Road is a prime location with easy access to both Queenstown CBD and the amenities of Frankton. You’re nearby the lakefront walking and cycling track and close to shops, cafes, the Queenstown Trail, and water taxi access.

3-night minimum stay applies during December 20 – January 5

Please note: This property is located in a residential area, the quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
