Karamata is a chalet-inspired villa offering million-dollar views over the Queenstown mountains and Lake Wakatipu, in a location which is just 10-minutes` downhill walk to the town centre.

This luxury villa is nestled into Queenstown Hill and is split across four levels, with a lift providing easy access to all floors. Perfect for families or couples travelling together, guests can come together in the spacious and stylish open plan living, dining and kitchen area with large windows and a balcony to make the most of the stunning elevated location and beautiful lake views. A schist stone fireplace offers a cosy alpine feel, which is perfect for winter guests - there is also ski storage in the internal garage for your equipment if you are visiting Queenstown for a ski holiday.

The three generous bedrooms each has its own private ensuite and television, although it can be hard to tear your eyes away from those dreamy views long enough to make use of it! Two of the bedrooms can be set up as either a king bed or twin bed configuration as required.

Guests will have access to whole property, including internal garage.
