Villa is located on the side of a steep hill, and we do state this clearly in our description to ensure that our guests are aware of the terrain. Our 1 Bedroom Suites are situated on the ground floor and can only be accessed via stairs. We also apologize for missing you during your stay. Our reception does have limited hours of operation, which we also state on our website. Our team is at the office daily in the mornings from 9-10 am and then from 2-5 pm. In the meantime, we carry out other tasks on the property but are always reachable by phone or through the Expedia messaging portal.
