”We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel. We had a very comfortable room, King bed was great, and we had a small seating area in our suite, which was nice. The bathroom was adequate, not luxury but definitely as expected. The view was fantastic out the window!”

”The room was very cold and not prepared for guests. Phone doesn’t work, I might go to reception every time and it was a lot because no hair dryer, no shampoo, no heater. And OMG it was sooo noisy in room at night!!”

”Hotel was very nice. We were glad we took the river side room, because in front of the hotel were building a new hotel and the view didn't look very nice. Breakfast was ok, but could be a lot of better. ”

”The room was available at noon. Our sheets were a little damp when we first checked in but it was tolerable since we were only there for sleep. The staff was very supportive and provided excellent customer service.”

”We enjoyed a comfortable room. It was clean and tidy. The view outside from the balcony room is beautiful, overlooking the river and small park. We were missing water bottles in the room and they were able to help us right away. The staff member who was helping during breakfast was very friendly and everything was delicious at the breakfast buffet. We recommend the fruits, specifically the mango, and the croissant!”

”We were at the hotel for just a short time, as we arrived in the evening and out early in the morning for our tour. A bit unfortunate as this was a very nice hotel. They provide welcome cookies, which is a nice touch. Breakfast is also available very early to accommodate those early morning departures! The hotel is a short walk from the train station, so very convenient. They also stored our luggage until our afternoon departure.”

”Excellent property immersed in nature with great free activity like the orchid trail tour, the tea experience and more. The staff were very cordial and proud of their culture and natural beauty of their territory. I highly recommend this property to other travelers. Breakfast and dinner were offered and the choices were excellent.”

”Not fancy for certain but clean. No view and no elevator but does have electric outlets. Has a color tv but no channels we could find before giving up. Breakfast is included but VERY simple. The staff will kindly hold your luggage after you check out. Not an easy walk from train station. But few hotels are”

”Very nice hotel. The staff were all really nice and ready to help. Clean rooms. Restaurant was really good especially our weiter Johann. Bar was well stocked with servers nice and knowledgeable. Would certainly go back.”

”Internet was a bit spotty at times, but good enough to stream videos. Staff was accommodating, friendly, and respectful,l. The breakfast was great. The rooms were clean. The restaurant in front can get noisy at night after people start drinking. Ear plugs recommended for light sleepers. The blackout drapes are nice, and hot water runs without any issues. Very convenient location. Everything is nearby and you can skip all the stores if you walk on the outside street next to the hotel.”
