”Veronique and Cyril are lovely hosts. The Chateau-like mansion reminds you of the past and walking inside a castle. The dining room looks like right out of a movie. The dinner they prepared was sensational. A very quit property and a vast garden area. Only very few guest rooms (two?).”
”An interesting old hotel with plenty of charm, spacious rooms, and friendly, helpful staff. However, the property is in need of a major overhaul. The hotel is quite dated, the doors and windows could use a fresh coat of paint, and the internet connection is barely working. Overall, this must have been a very nice hotel when it was first built, but some significant updates would greatly improve the guest experience.”
”The hotel has a fantastic location, with a balcony overlooking the main pedestrian street – perfect for enjoying the atmosphere. The restaurant was also very good. The building itself is old, which we didn’t mind at all, but the lobby unfortunately had a very musty smell (thankfully not in the room).

”Useful place to stay on the outside of Cahors. If you aren’t aiming to go into the centre on a Sunday simple transport in. There are a variety of fast food restaurants around the hotel including an ‘eat salad’ one which was surprisingly good. However if you want something less casual there will be a need to travel as there is no restaurant on site. Breakfast was fine but did get quite crowded on one day of our stay. Would personally be happy to stay again.”
