Ty Morin - QUESTEMBERT

The cottage is located in the heart of a small hamlet. It offers you: - On the ground floor: a living room with lounge, living room and kitchen as well as a laundry room and a separate toilet. For fans, the living room table turns into a pool table! - Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 160 x 200 bed, 1 bedroom with 1 160 x 200 bed and 1 90 x 190 bed, and a shower room with wc. Outside: a small courtyard (not closed) in front of the cottage with garden furniture. Attached to the cottage and private, you will have a large closed shed in which you can park your vehicle and also enjoy the games (ping-pong table, Breton shuffleboard etc...). The small space in front of the cottage (future grassed area) will be covered to accommodate deckchairs. Questembert offers its visitors a remarkable heritage that will delight lovers of old stones. Not to be missed: its famous halls with its markets, shows and fairs. Escape by bike or on foot on the Voie Verte (linking Questembert to Mauron), which follows the route of an old railway line and allows you to walk in complete safety. 12 km away, visit Rochefort-en-Terre, elected Favorite Village of the French in 2016 with its historic town center and its Christmas lights. 15 minutes from the Moulin Neuf site with its 15 hectare lake offers a whole range of activities to do with family or friends (pedal boat, kayak, paddle, zip line, bike, go-kart...). Between Vannes and Redon, come and take a breath of fresh air on the countryside and only 30 minutes from the beaches.
